Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Zyntra Healthcare Intelligence website, exam prep app and career pathway app (the “Services”), provided by Zyntra Healthcare Intelligence (“Zyntra”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the Services
Zyntra provides educational exam preparation resources and AI-assisted career planning tools for International Medical Graduates. Zyntra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Australian Medical Council (AMC), AHPRA, or the Medical Board of Australia. Our content is not official AMC material and we do not represent the content, format or difficulty of any official examination.
2. No guarantee of registration, employment or results
We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination, obtain registration, secure a job or achieve any other outcome. Registration decisions are made by AHPRA and the Medical Board of Australia; hiring decisions are made by employers. The Pass Guarantee described in section 7 is not yet in effect.
3. Information and AI outputs are not professional advice
Pathway analysis, CV suggestions, job probability scores, hospital suggestions and other outputs are general information generated with the help of AI and publicly available data. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not medical, legal, migration or registration advice. Verify requirements with official sources before acting.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
5. Subscriptions and payments
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may exclude taxes. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms.
- Subscription plans (monthly or 3-month) provide access for the period purchased. Renewal and cancellation details are shown at checkout and in your account.
- The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment offered to a limited number of users and provides access for as long as we operate the Services.
- The Career Pathway tool is currently included free during launch. We will give reasonable notice before introducing any charge.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel future renewals at any time. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for a major failure of the Services.
7. Pass Guarantee
Terms coming soon. The Pass Guarantee plan will include a Pass Guarantee. Its terms are still being finalised and will be published here before the guarantee is offered. The Pass Guarantee is not yet in effect, and you should not rely on it until its terms have been published.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute our questions, content or software.
- Do not share exam content in breach of any examination body’s rules.
- Do not upload content you don’t have the right to use, or that is unlawful or harmful.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
9. Your content
You retain ownership of the CVs and other content you upload. You grant us a licence to use it only to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
All content, questions, software, branding and materials in the Services are owned by or licensed to Zyntra and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to resupplying the Services or refunding the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with an updated date and notify account holders of material changes.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
