Zyntra was built by an International Medical Graduate who went through the AMC journey first-hand — cleared the AMC MCQ in May 2025 with a score of 321/500, and is now beginning PGY1 in Sydney.

What is Zyntra?
Zyntra is a platform for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) who want to practise medicine in Australia. It combines AMC exam preparation (MCQ drills, OSCE voice practice, flashcards, study plans and the APPE performance engine) with a career pathway tool that helps you understand your registration pathway, build an Australian-style medical CV and target jobs.
Is Zyntra affiliated with the AMC, AHPRA or the Medical Board of Australia?
No. Zyntra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Australian Medical Council (AMC), AHPRA, or the Medical Board of Australia. Always confirm official requirements directly with those organisations.
What is APPE?
APPE (Adaptive Performance & Preparation Engine) is Zyntra’s behavioural analytics layer. Alongside what you get right or wrong, it looks at how you answer — for example time pressure, answer hesitation and composure breakdown — and adapts your practice to train you past those patterns.
Do I need both apps?
No. Use the exam prep app if you are preparing for the AMC MCQ or clinical (OSCE) exam, and the career pathway tool when you are planning registration and applying for jobs. Many IMGs will use both at different stages — that is the journey Zyntra is designed around.
How much does it cost?
Exam prep has a free plan, plus MCQ Only and OSCE Only plans at US$39/month (or US$109 for 3 months), Full Access at US$59/month (or US$169 for 3 months), and a US$349 one-time Lifetime plan for the first 100 users. All prices are in USD. The career pathway tool is included and free during launch.
Is there a pass guarantee?
The Full Access plan includes a Pass Guarantee, subject to terms and conditions. The conditions are being finalised — please read the Pass Guarantee section of our Terms before relying on it.
Can Zyntra guarantee me registration or a job?
No. Registration decisions are made by AHPRA and the Medical Board of Australia, and hiring decisions are made by employers. Zyntra gives you preparation, analysis and guidance to make better decisions — it cannot guarantee outcomes.
